Diagnóstico de la construcción y significación de la recreación entre los actores del turismo en el destino turístico Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo investigativo, tuvo como objetivo realizar un diagnóstico de la construcción y significación de la recreación entre profesionales del turismo en el destino turístico Holguín, para proponer acciones que contribuyan a concepciones y significaciones que aporten a su gestión en el desarrollo turístico. Para cumplir con esta finalidad se realizó un cuestionario de acuerdo a las técnicas requeridas, el cual fue aplicado a gestores de la recreación de las entidades turísticas del destino Holguín. Con la realización de este diagnóstico se concluyó que existe una diversidad de construcciones y significaciones de la recreación turística entre los profesionales de turismo que puede ser elemento de conflicto en la gestión del desarrollo turístico. Por lo que se recomienda socializar los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación a las direcciones de los hoteles de ciudad y sol y playa del destino turístico de Holguín, y que sobre estos resultados se elabore e implante un plan de acciones que tribute a un mejor conocimiento en los animadores sobre la recreación turística.

This research was aimed at diagnosing the construction and signification of touristic recreation amongst tourism professionals in the touristic destiny of Holguin in order to propose actions that contribute to conceptions and significations that be relevant to their management role in the touristic development. To this end, a questionnaire was designed and applied to the entertainers of the touristic entities of the touristic destiny of Holguin. This diagnostic showed that there is a diversity of constructions and significations of the concept touristic recreation amongst tourism professionals that may constitute a conflicting element in their approach to the touristic development. Thus it is recommended to socialize the results of this investigation to the managerial staff of the city and beach-and-sun hotels of this touristic destiny. Also, it is advisable to design a plan of action that leads to the acquisition of a better knowledge of the topic on the part of the entertainers who work in this design of service.
