Diseño de un Cuadro de Mando Integral para el Control de Gestión del Destino Turístico Holguinero.

Abstract

Teniendo en cuenta la situación actual del turismo, el cual se desarrolla en un ambiente altamente dinámico y competitivo, se hace necesario implementar acciones que garanticen el control de gestión de forma integrada de aquí se deriva el objetivo de esta investigación que consiste en desarrollar un cuadro de mando para el control de gestión del destino turístico holguinero. La propuesta desarrollada está integrada por las cuatro perspectivas fundamentales que integran un cuadro de mando, que posibilitan el desarrollo del control de gestión de un destino turístico, abarcando los procesos fundamentales que se dan en un destino turístico y asegurando la correspondencia de estos con los objetivos de trabajo en este nivel de organización. Se utilizaron durante la investigación diversos métodos teórico, empíricos, de expertos y estadísticos. El contenido de la Tesis expone el marco teórico-referencial de la investigación, al profundizar en las particularidades del turismo en general y de los destinos turísticos y del control de gestión en particular que demandan cambios en sus enfoques tradicionales, así como los pasos para la construcción de un cuadro de mando integral del destino.

Due to the current situation of the tourism, which is developed in a highly dynamic and competitive atmosphere, becomes necessary to implement actions that guarantee the control of administration in an integrated way, so the necessity of this research, which have as primary objective the development of the balance scorecard to supervise the Holguín tourist destination. The developed proposal is integrated by the four fundamental perspectives that integrate a balance scorecard that makes possible the development of the management control of a tourist destination, embracing the fundamental purposes that can be found in a tourist destination and ensuring the correspondence of these ones with these work objectives in this organization level. Diverse theoretical methods, empiric, of experts and statistical were used during the investigation. The content of this paper explains the reference-theoretical frame of the researching; deepening in the particularities of the tourism in general the tourist destinations and the administration control in particular that demands changes in its traditional approach, as well the steps for the construction of the balance scorecard.
