| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de diploma fue realizado en la Empresa Agropecuaria Antonio
Maceo, perteneciente a la Delegación Provincial de la Agricultura, con el objetivo de
diseñar parcialmente el sistema de gestión de la calidad en lo adelante (SGC),
utilizando como referencia los requisitos establecidos por la NC ISO 9001 del 2008.
Esto favorece la solución de los problemas existentes en materia de calidad que
existen con las producciones agropecuarias en la organización y va creando las
bases necesarias para el cambio en el enfoque empresarial de la empresa, es decir
ver al cliente como la razón esencial, sirviendo además de punto de partida
imprescindible para la futura implantación del sistema.
Para el cumplimiento de este objetivo fue necesaria sin lugar a dudas la revisión de
varias metodologías de implantación de SGC y de la autopreparación del autor en lo
referente al enfoque normalizado para lograr una aplicación concreta y los resultados
esperados que se fijaron en la presente investigación.
Los métodos de la investigación científica utilizados son: análisis y síntesis,
inductivo-deductivo, sistémico-estructural-funcional, observación directa y
participativa, revisión documental, y entrevistas. The present diploma work was carried out in the Agricultural Company Antonio Maceo, belonging to the Provincial Delegation of the Agriculture, with the objective of designing the system of administration of the quality partially in the advances (SGC), using like reference the requirements settled down by the NC ISO 9001 of the 2008.
This favors the solution of the existent problems as regards quality that exist with the
agricultural productions in the organization and goes creating the necessary bases
for the change in the managerial focus of the company, that is to say to see to the
client like the essential reason, being good besides indispensable starting point for
the future installation of the system.
For the execution of this objective went necessary without place to doubts the
revision of several methodologies of installation of SGC and of the author's
autopreparation regarding the focus normalized to achieve a concrete application and
the prospective results that noticed the present investigation. The methods of the used scientific investigation are: analysis and synthesis, inductive-deductive, systemic-structural-functional, direct observation and participate, documental revision, and you interview. | es_ES |
