| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente trabajo se realizó en la Unidad Empresarial de Base “Atención a
Productores Agropecuarios Fernando de Dios”en el período comprendido desde enero
del 2009 hasta junio del 2011 y persiguió como objetivo, en primer lugar realizar un
estudio de las principales deficiencias del sistema de pago actual, desarrollar sin
pretensiones excesivas pero sí con el suficiente rigor técnico como para ser utilizado en beneficio del trabajo de la unidad. El sistema de pago a destajo colectivo que es
aplicado y los datos necesarios para la realización del trabajo fueron obtenidos de
resultados de tres zafras anteriores, logrando en los cálculos que el margen de errores
fuese el mínimo posible obteniéndose una alta fiabilidad en los resultados. El trabajo
envuelve la evaluación del sistema de pago de la unidad, el consumo de materiales,
piezas y combustibles, el análisis comparativo de los indicadores económicos
fundamentales, así como la relación salario medio y la productividad, para la realización de este trabajo se utilizaron métodos de investigación como los teóricos, que nos permitieron recopilar toda la información necesaria para el desarrollo del trabajo y los métodos empíricos para el procesamiento de la información y obtener los resultados de la investigación, apoyados en las técnicas estadísticas para la evaluación y comparación de los resultados donde se detectó que el sistema de pago a destajo colectivo que se aplica no conlleva al ahorro de materiales, piezas, lubricantes y combustibles, se efectúan pagos de salarios sin respaldo productivo, viéndose afectado también por los bajos rendimientos agrícolas y la falta de motivación de los trabajadores. Todo lo anterior permitió hacer un análisis de la situación económica de la unidad y proponer un sistema de pago que favorezca la gestión de la misma. The following work was carried out at “Fernando de Dios Basic Managerial Unit for Attention to Agriculture Producers”since January 2009 to June 2011. It was firstly aimed at studying the main deficiencies of the current payment system for its development and for a subsequent application under a technical rigor which allows its employment to favor the unit’s work. The collective payment system applied and the data needed for the development of this work were obtained from the results of three previous harvest times, achieving thus the minimum margin of error in the calculations as possible and a high reliability in the results. The work covers up the evaluation of the unit’s payment system, the materials and fuel consumption, the comparative analysis of the main economical indicators, as well as the relationship between average salary and productivity. Different research methods were employed in this work as the theoretical methods, which allowed to gather all the necessary information, on the other hand the empirical methods used for the processing of the investigation and to obtain the investigation’s results and also supported by the statistic techniques in the results evaluation and comparison, which showed that the collective payment system applied does not conduce to the saving of fuels, materials and lubricants, payments without productive support were done. The low agricultural productions also affect, as well as the lack of motivation in the workers. All the previous elements led to an analysis of the unit’s economic situation and to propose a payment system that favors the management of it. | es_ES |
