Análisis territorial de las instalaciones recreativas extrahoteleras en el sector turístico bahía de Vita-bahía de Samá, Holguín

Abstract

La ordenación territorial se justifica por la preferencia del enfoque planificado frente la evolución espontánea, que se apoya en un detallado análisis territorial. Una vez analizadas las características del territorio se pueden identificar las áreas más adecuadas para el desarrollo de las actividades turísticas y recreativas sin afectar el equilibrio entre uso y conservación de los recursos. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar algunas de las características territoriales de las instalaciones extrahoteleras en el sector bahía de Vita-bahía de Samá y su ordenamiento territorial turístico haciendo uso de los Sistemas de Información Geográfica (SIG). Partiendo del levantamiento de un inventario de las insta laciones del área de estudio se elaboraron mapas temáticos que permitieron los análisis y la ubicación de estas instalaciones. Para la realización de la misma se utilizaron métodos empíricos y teóricos como el análisis y síntesis para profundizar en el marco teórico de la investigación y la observación no participante para la elaboración del inventario, obteniéndose como resultado mapas de localización de las instalaciones, su accesibilidad y su relación con las unidades de paisaje. The land use planning is justified by the preference of the planned approach versus the spontaneous evolution that leans in a detailed territorial analysis. Once analyzed the characteristics of the territory the most suitable areas for the development of the tourist and recreational activities can be identified without affecting the balance between use and conservation of the resources. This investigation has as objective, to analyze some of the territorial characteristics of the extrahotel facilities in the sector bay of Vita-bay of Samá and its tourist territorial ordering, making use of the Geographic Information System(GIS). Starting off of the rise of an inventory of the facilities of the study area, thematic maps were elaborated that allowed to the analyses and the location of these facilities. For the accomplishment of the same one empirical and theoretical method like the analysis and syntheses were used to deepen within the framework theoretical of the investigation and the nonparticipant observation for the elaboration of the inventory, obtaining as result, maps of location of the facilities, their accessibility and its relation with the landscape units.
