| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de diploma se realizó en la UEB Serapio Prieto de Tacajó,
municipio Báguano, en la Empresa Azucarera” Fernando de Dios Buñuel”, en el
período comprendido entre lo años 2009 al 2011. Con el propósito de determinar las
causas que inciden en el comportamiento del sistema del mantenimiento de la cosechadora CASE 7000 IH, existiendo deficiencias que influyen en los resultados
de esta tecnología. Los métodos de investigación empleados fueron, análisis y
síntesis, histórico-lógico, inducción – deducción, observación científica, entrevistas,
para ellos se determinó los fundamentos teórico-metodológicos que sustentan el
funcionamiento de las cosechadoras cañeras. Sirviendo este estudio para la toma
de decisiones oportunas por parte de los directivos de acciones para mejorar el
funcionamiento. Luego de la investigación se arrojó a la conclusión que hubo pobre
conocimiento en la aplicación de una metodología que permita la evaluación técnica
de las cosechadoras. Así como deficiente organización de la explotación de las
cosechadoras y su incidencia en los resultados de la unidad. Se recomienda un
análisis minucioso de las causas, así como su erradicación por parte de los directivos de la unidad, regular el exceso de tiempo perdido en la cosecha sin el debido amparo productivo. As well as faulty organization of the exploitation of the croppers and their incidence in the results of the unit.
