Propuesta de acciones para favorecer el rendimiento Agrícola en el cultivo de la caña de azúcar (saccharum officinarum) en la UBPC ¨Hugo López Leyva¨

Abstract

Tomando como base estudios realizados en la UBPC “Hugo López Leyva” perteneciente a la UEB de atención a los productores López peña, ubicada en la localidad de San José 4, municipio Báguanos, provincia Holguín, en el periodo 2009-2011, se propuso realizar un trabajo con el objetivo de analizar el comportamiento del rendimiento agrícola de las variedades de caña de azúcar existentes en la unidad y el manejo que se le realiza a la composición de cepas debido a la disminución del indicador y los factores que influyen negativamente en este, para proponer un conjunto de acciones que favorezcan los resultados del cultivo de la caña de azúcar en la unidad. Este plan de acciones fue determinado utilizando también los métodos empíricos: entrevistas, revisión de documentos, observación científica. Métodos teóricos: histórico-lógico, análisis, síntesis y datos estadísticos. Al realizar esta propuesta se espera lograr un adecuado manejo de la composición de cepas y variedades, mejores atenciones al cultivo, con una fuerza de trabajo capacitada, atendida y comprometida con la UBPC y un mayor rendimiento agrícola beneficiando los resultados productivos y económicos , aprovechando los favorables precios de la tonelada de caña de azúcar para beneficio de la unidad y sus trabajadores ,con ello realizar mayores aportes de materia prima de alta calidad a la industria que favorezca la producción de azúcar ,así como aportes significativos a la economía nacional. Taking like base studies accomplished in the UBPC Hugo López Leyva From the UEB of attention to the productive López Peña, located at the locality of San Jose 4, in the municipality Báguanos, province Holguín., In the period 2009-2011, we proposed accomplishing a job for the sake of analyzing the existent behavior of the agricultural performance of the varieties of sugar cane that is come true to the composition of ancestries due to the decrease of the indicator and the factors that influence negatively this, in order to propose a set of stock in the unit and the handling that they favor the results of the cultivation of sugar cane in the unit. This plan of stock was determined utilizing also the empiric methods: Interviews, revision of documents, scientific observation. Theoretic methods: Historic logician, analysis, synthesis and statistical data. When accomplishing this proposal it is hoped to achieve an adequate handling of the composition of ancestries and varieties, better attentions to the cultivation, with an able-bodied labor, catered to and compromised with the UBPC and a bigger agricultural performance benefitting the productive and results cheap to run, making good use of the favorable pricing of the ton of sugar cane for benefit of the unit and his workpeople, with it to accomplish elders contributions of high-quality raw material to the industry that he favor the production of sugar, the same way that will bring significant contributions to national economy.
