| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación se realizó en la UEB Industria Cárnica perteneciente a la Empresa Agropecuaria MININT Holguín con el objetivo de conocer el nivel de organización de trabajo en el proceso productivo y definir la cantidad de personal necesario en el proceso mediante el procedimiento de Nieves Julbe, 2008 con la aplicación de técnicas carga-capacidad, teniendo en cuenta los problemas que afectan la producción de la organización, proponiendo soluciones que mejoren la situación actual. Se utilizaron diversas técnicas en la investigación tales como la revisión documental y bibliográfica, entrevistas a directivos y trabajadores, encuestas, la observación directa del área productiva y la tormenta de ideas que permitieron detectar los principales problemas que más repercuten, como son: en la reciente creación de la industria no existen estudios de organización del trabajo, el desconocimiento de las capacidades productivas, a partir de sus causas, se
generaron una serie de soluciones para determinar las capacidades productivas y
reorganizar el trabajo en función de mejorar el aprovechamiento de la jornada laboral para elevar las producciones con la reducción de los costos y gastos así contribuirán a elevar la productividad y el óptimo desempeño de la organización.
