Evaluación del comportamiento Agroindustrial de dos variedades del Cucumis Sativus L. (Pepino) en la Granja Militar Jesús Menéndez.

Abstract

El experimento se desarrollo en las casas de cultivo Jesús Menéndez Larrondo perteneciente a la Granja Militar Integral Agropecuaria Jesús Menéndez Larrondo, ubicada en el Municipio Rafael Freyre, de la provincia Holguín, durante los meses de enero – abril del 2012. El mismo se realizó con el objetivo de evaluar el comportamiento agroindustrial de dos variedades del cultivo Cucumis Sativus L. (Pepino) en condiciones de tapado para conocer cual posee mayor adaptabilidad a las características edafoclimáticas existentes. El diseño experimental utilizado fue de bloque al azar (2x3). Se realizaron las evaluaciones en dos fases, una agrícola e industrial respectivamente, en la primera se evaluó el Peso de los frutos (g) , Rendimiento agrícola (t/ha-1) y en la fase industrial se evaluó el Rendimiento industrial (Tm). En todas las Variables evaluadas la variedad Olimpos superó con diferencias significativas frente a la variedad Huseyn, al ser analizados por la prueba de comparación múltiple de media Duncan. También mostró una superioridad desde el punto de vista económico donde mostró un beneficio de 39,58 miles de pesos por ha, un beneficio/costo de 1,60 y un costo por peso de 0,38.

In all the valued Variables the variety Olympus overcame with significant differences in front of the variety Huseyn, when being analyzed by the test of multiple comparison of half Duncan. It also showed a superiority from the economic point of view where it showed a benefit of 39,58 thousands of pesos for there is, a beneficio / costo of 1,60 and a cost for weight of 0,38.
