| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de diploma fue realizado en empresa agropecuaria “Antonio Maceo” del municipio Cacocum. El mismo tuvo como objetivo el diagnóstico de los componentes para mejorar la calidad del Acopio de los productos agrícolas, teniendo en cuenta los diferentes procesos que en él incurren (Acopio, Transporte, Depósito, etc.). Se aplicaron técnicas para la obtención de un diagnostico previo del subsistema, donde se localizan deficiencias y se proponen medidas para lograr un proceso de mejora; partiendo del procedimiento de Cespón Castro (2003) y otras técnicas como: encuestas, evaluación del nivel de servicio e indicadores de transporte, observaciones directas y revisión de documentos. Lográndose aplicar medidas con resultados en cuanto al nivel de servicio y ahorro de portadores energéticos, elevando la cultura en la organización, y aplicación del análisis de los indicadores para la mejor explotación del parque existente.
