Modificación del sistema de extracción del condensado de la UEB Central Urbano Noris.

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Diploma aborda un problema complejo y necesario que se presenta en el sistema de extracción del condensado de la UEB Central Urbano Noris, que se asocia a las pérdidas de calor, combustible, vapor y agua en las calderas, lo que tuvo como causa la baja calidad del agua de alimentación a las mismas,acelerando la velocidad de corrosión de las superficies metálicas, el excesivo uso de agua tratada y el alto nivel de incrustaciones en la superficie de transferencia de los generadores de vapor, entre otros. Se consideró apropiado modificar esta situación para hacer más eficiente el sistema de extracción de condensados y de este modo, simplificar la operación del área y aumentar su seguridad, resolviéndose de esta manera el problema identificado. Se aplicaron métodos del nivel teórico, empírico y matemáticos que probaron la efectividad del proceso investigativo y del resultado final.

The present Work from Diploma approaches a complex and necessary problem that comes Central Urban Noris, that associates to the losses of heat, fuel,vapor and water in the caldrons, you had in the system of extraction of the condensed of the UEB how cause the you lower quality of the water of feeding to the same, accelerating the speed of corrosion of the metallic surfaces, the excessive use of tried water and the high level of incrustaciones in the surface of transfer of the generators of vapor, between another. You was considered appropriate modify this situation in order to make more efficient the system of extraction of condensing and in this way, simplify the operation of the area and increase their security, being solved this way the identified problem. Methods of the theoretical level were applied, empiric and mathematicians that proved the effectiveness of the process investigative and of the final result.
