Balance Energético en la UEB Central Azucarero Urbano Noris

Abstract

Entre todas las grandes industrias, la del azúcar de caña tiene el privilegio de que la materia prima le proporcione, en forma de bagazo, combustible suficiente para generar la energía que necesita. En el presente trabajo se realizó en la UEB central azucarero Urbano Noris, perteneciente a la Empresa Azucarera Holguín, se realizo una caracterización del mismo, determinándose todos los elementos que conforman el esquema energético tecnológico, con el objetivo de realizar un balance energético, que permita validar o no las modificaciones introducidas en estos últimos años al esquema de evaporación y fabricación de azúcar Se utilizó la metodología aprobada por el Ministerio del Azúcar para este tipo de trabajos basados en los balances de energía y masa Los cálculos arrojaron como resultados la factibilidad de las soluciones realizadas apreciándose sobrante de bagazo de 25 31 8.65 kg/h, la generación total de electricidad en la instalación para la molida de 5570 TM/Día es de 8.5 MWh y entrega de energía a la red nacional superó el 100% realizando ventas de electricidad al superiores a 300.00 Mil pesos.
