Implementación de la gestión por proceso y el enfoque de sistema en la producción de leche vacuna en la Empresa Agropecuaria Reynerio Almaguer Paz, municipio Rafael Freyre, Holguín

Abstract

El trabajo se desarrolló en la Empresa Estatal Agropecuaria Reynerio Almaguer Paz del municipio Rafael Freyre, en el periodo desde febrero 2010 hasta marzo 2011, con el objetivo de implementar la gestión por procesos y el enfoque de sistema en la producción de leche vacuna elevando la eficiencia y la eficacia en el cumplimiento de sus objetivos. Se realizaron encuestas y entrevistas a los directivos, trabajadores y cooperativistas, un diagnóstico para identificar los principales problemas con los cuales se elaboró una matriz DAFO y la OVAR; mientras que mediante un enfoque de proceso y el análisis de la producción de leche como un sistema, se reelaboró el mapa de proceso y se realizó la valoración económica para verificar la viabilidad de la propuesta, se obtuvo como resultados que la solución para incrementar la producción de leche puede ser definida a nivel de Empresa, pudiendo dársele solución a los problemas mediante la implementación de la Estrategia propuesta.

The work was developed in the Agricultural Government Enterprise Reynerio Almaguer Paz of the municipality Rafael Freyre, in the period from February 2010 until March 2011, with the objective of implementing the administration for processes and the system focus in the production of bovine milk elevating the efficiency and the effectiveness in the execution of its objectives. They were carried out surveys and interviews to the directives, workers and cooperativists, a diagnostic to identify the main problems with which it was elaborated a main DAFO and the OVAR; while by means of a process focus and the analysis of the production of milk like a system, the process map was reprocessed and was carried out the economic valuation to verify the viability of the proposal, it was obtained as results that the solution to increase the production of milk can be defined at level of Enterprise, being able to given solution to the problems.
