Diagnóstico al Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad en la Villa Mirador de Mayabe

Abstract

Las entidades turísticas cubanas enfrentan el gran desafío de desarrollarse en un entorno dinámico y altamente competitivo el que demanda conocer: productos, procesos, servicios y métodos organizativos de excelencia. Por tanto es fructífero valorar el desarrollo del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad permitiendo afrontar estos retos desde una perspectiva estratégica. El trabajo fue realizado en la Villa Mirador de Mayabe con el propósito de diagnosticar el sistema de gestión de la calidad que presenta la entidad, teniendo presente la Norma Cubana ISO 9001: 2008, así como valorar el funcionamiento de los elementos que estructura la Gestión Estratégica de la entidad como proceso rector y punto de partida de la gestión de calidad , una vez implantado un Sistema de Gestión Integrado en la Empresa ISLAZUL en el año 2010. Durante todo el proceso realizado se emplearon técnicas del Ingeniero Industrial para la recopilación de información, entrevistas directas, tormenta de ideas, revisión de documentos y observación directa entre otras fuentes de gran utilidad para la realización de esta investigación. Para dar cumplimiento a este objetivo se aplicó la primera fase de la metodología de implantación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, desarrollada por la MSc Ileana Hernández Concepción y profesores del colectivo de la disciplina Calidad del Departamento de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad de Holguín.

The entities tourist Cubans face the great challenge of being developed in a dynamic and highly competitive environment the one that demands to know: products, processes, services and organizational methods of excellence. Therefore it is fruitful to value the development of the System of Administration of the Quality allowing confronting these challenges from a strategic perspective. The work was carried out in the Villa Mirador of Mayabe with the purpose of diagnosing the system of administration of the quality that presents the entity, having present the Norma Cuban ISO 9001: 2008, as well as to value the operation of the elements that structures the Strategic Administration of the entity like process rector and starting point of the administration of quality, once implanted an Integrated System of Administration in the Company ISLAZUL in the year 2010. During the whole carried out process they were used technical of the Industrial Engineer for the summary of information, direct interviews, storm of ideas, revision of documents and direct observation among other sources of great utility for the realization of this investigation. To give execution to this objective the methodology it was applied of diagnostic of the System of Administration of the Quality, developed by the MSc Ileana Hernández Concepción and professors of the community of the discipline Quality of the Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Holguín, with an adaptation that values the Strategic Administration of the Quality like essential element.
