Evaluación del comportamiento e integración del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo al sistema de gestión integrado del capital humano, en la empresa provincial de Farmacias y Ópticas de Holguín

Abstract

La presente investigación se realiza, con el objetivo fundamental de diagnosticar el comportamiento de la gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y determinar su nivel de integración con los restantes módulos del sistema de gestión integrado del capital humano, en la Empresa Provincial de Farmacias y Ópticas de Holguín. Para la realización de la investigación se emplearon métodos teóricos como el análisis y síntesis de la información derivada de la revisión de la literatura y la documentación especializada, el histórico – lógico en la literatura consultada permitiendo llegar a las conclusiones, así como de la experiencia de especialistas consultados, el método inductivo-deductivo para determinar las interrelaciones teórico-metodológicas que evidencian la contribución de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo al sistema de gestión integrado del capital humano (SGICH), además de encuestas, entrevistas, observación directa y consulta de documentos para la recopilación de la información. En la realización del trabajo los resultados más significativos fueron el diseño y aplicación de un procedimiento metodológico que permitió medir el comportamiento y el nivel de integración del sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo respecto al sistema de gestión integrada del capital humano donde se determinó que el comportamiento y el nivel de integración en esta empresa es evaluado de mal. En base a esto se realizaron soluciones estratégicas y un plan de medidas que permitirán un mejor desempeño del sistema en la empresa.

The present investigation is carried out, with the fundamental objective of to diagnose the behavior of the administration of security and health in the work and to determine its integration level with the remaining modules of the integrated administration system of the human capital, in the Provincial Company of Pharmacies and Optic of Holguín. For the realization of the investigation theoretical methods were used as the analysis and synthesis of the derived information of the revision of the literature and the specialized documentation, the historical one - logical in the consulted literature allowing to reach the conclusions, as well as of the experience of consulted specialists, the inductive-deductive method to determine the theoretical-methodological interrelations that evidence the contribution of the security and health in the work to the integrated administration system of the human capital (SGICH), besides surveys, interviews, direct observation and consultation of documents for the summary of the information. In the realization of the work the most significant results the design and application of a methodological procedure that it allowed to measure the behavior and the level of integration of the system of administration of the security and health in the work regarding the system of integrated administration of the human capital were where it was determined that the behavior and the integration level in this company are evaluated of bad. Based on this they were carried out strategic solutions and a plan of actions that they will allow a better acting of the system in the company.
