| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo aborda el desarrollo del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la Disciplina
Ingeniería y Gestión de Software (IGSW) en la Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas (UCI),
apoyado en el uso de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones (TIC). Se analizan las
potencialidades de su uso en esta Disciplina y cómo estas tributan al desarrollo del trabajo en equipo
en los estudiantes. Se desarrolló un procedimiento metodológico compuesto por un estudio
diagnóstico, para determinar la necesidad de potenciar el desarrollo de la Disciplina IGSW a través de
la utilización de plataformas virtuales. El análisis e interpretación de los resultados obtenidos, reflejan
la existencia de insuficiencias y la importancia de adoptar nuevas alternativas que contribuyan al
desarrollo del proceso. | es_ES |

Engineering and Management at the University of Informatics Sciences, supported by the use of
information technology and communications. The potential for their use in this discipline are analyzed
and how they are taxed to the development of teamwork for students. A methodological procedure
consists of a diagnostic study to determine the need to foster the development of Subject IGSW
through the use of virtual platforms developed. The analysis and interpretation of the results, reflect
the existence of deficiencies and the importance of adopting new alternatives that contribute to the
