Estudio pragmalingüístico en testamentos de Holguín y Santiago de Cuba del siglo XIX. Uso de conectores argumentativos

Abstract

El trabajo refiere el comportamiento de los conectores argumentativos en testamentos del siglo XIX de Holguín y Santiago de Cuba. Se propone, desde un enfoque pragmalingüístico, la descripción de estos marcadores discursivos. Este análisis muestra el comportamiento respecto a las siguientes propiedades: forma, función, finalidad, valencia y orientación argumentativa en 30 testamentos notariales, ubicados en los archivos históricos provinciales de estas dos localidades. Aporta, a la caracterización del español de Cuba, un estudio sobre el lenguaje en uso, a partir de su configuración temática y contextual.

The work refers to the behavior of argumentative connectors in testaments of the 19th century from Holguin and Santiago de Cuba. The description of these discursive markers is proposed from a pragmalinguistic approach. This analysis shows the behavior with respect to the following properties: form, function, purpose, valence, and argumentative orientation in 30 notarial wills, located in the provincial historical archives of these two locations. It contributes to the characterization of the Spanish of Cuba with a study on the language in use, based on its thematic and contextual configuration.
