El Trabajo metodológico en la disciplina principal integradora formación laboral-investigativa. Una herramienta útil para su dirección

Abstract

Como resultado del trabajo científico-metodológico realizado en la Vicerrectoría de Pregrado, con vistas al perfeccionamiento de las carreras pedagógicas, a partir de la aplicación de los planes de estudio D en el curso 2010-2011; se elaboró el presente artículo que tiene como objetivo demostrar las potencialidades de los programas de la disciplina principal integradora Formación laboral-investigativa, para favorecer la Formación Laboral investigativa de los estudiantes. Para ello se ofrece un proceder metodológico que orienta a los jefes de carreras y de la disciplina, acerca de cómo dirigir el trabajo metodológico y favorece la validación de los planes y programas. Se demuestra mediante el resultado alcanzado en la carrera de Biología-Química, a partir de los resultados obtenidos en el estudio, lo que favorece la preparación metodológica de los niveles organizativos y la dirección de trabajo metodológico de la disciplina objeto de análisis. Se aplicaron los métodos: histórico-lógico, el análisis-síntesis y la modelación. Sus resultados fueron introducidos en el perfeccionamiento de los objetivos de los diferentes años de las carreras y la integración y salida explícita de las estrategias curriculares en la reformulación de dichos objetivos.

As a resulto of the scientific- metthodological work accomplished in the Undergraduate Vice- Rectory, to improve the quality of the diferent specialtien at the University of Pedagogical Sciences, departing from the application of the curriculum D in the previous 2010- 2011 course; the following article was elaborated with the objective of demonstrating the potentialitie of the syllabi of the core interating discipline: Laboral-Investigative- formation, for favoring the investigation of profesionals in formation for doing so, it is proposet a methodology that orients the heads of the different specialties and disciplines, about how to lead the methodological work and the validation of the curricula and syllabi. An example from the chemistry- Biology specialty is analyzed and all the stepes of the methological are fulfilled, something that is illustrated in clear way with the resuult reached, which farors the methological preparation of the organizational levels and orients in the elaboration of the theoretical- methological desing; the analytical- sythetic and the modelation Their results were included in the educational strategy improvement of the specialties and in the desing of the core integrating discipline in this level.
