Valores estéticos : una estrategia pedagógica para su formación en educadores

Abstract

Los autores persiguieron como objetivo elaborar una estrategia para la formación de valores estéticos en la formación inicial de educadores. Se revelaron insuficiencias como el poco aprovechamiento por parte de los docentes de las potencialidades que brinda la clase, para favorecer el trabajo sistemático con valores profesionales en general, y en particular con valores estéticos. Además, en los alumnos se evidenció que es insuficiente el desarrollo de la capacidad de percibir, expresar, comprender, sentir, disfrutar y crear la belleza de la profesión pedagógica, como parte de la realidad circundante. También se pudo constatar que mediante la aplicación de la estrategia se desarrollaron habilidades, hábitos, cualidades y actitudes que contribuyeron directamente al desarrollo de valores estéticos en la formación inicial de educadores. Se emplearon métodos empíricos y teóricos: el análisis documental, la observación, el pre-experimento, el análisis-síntesis, la inducción-deducción y el histórico-lógico.

Besides the studentsevidence that is insufficientthe development of their capacities to appreciate, express,understand, feel, enjoy and create the beauty of the pedagogical profession, as part of the reality that surroundsthem. Also it corroborated that the application of the strategy develop abilities, habits, qualities and attitudes that contribute to the development of the aesthetic values in preservice students. The following empirical and theoretical methods were used: revision of documents, observation, pre-experiment, analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and historical-logical.
