Evolución histórica de la dirección del trabajo científico-metodológico en las instituciones de la Educación Técnica y Profesional en Cuba

Abstract

En este texto se presenta el resultado del estudio realizado sobre la evolución histórica de la dirección del trabajo científico -metodológico en las instituciones de la Educación Técnica y Profesional en Cuba, partiendo de la necesidad de su perfeccionamiento y desarrollo para alcanzar mejores resultados en la práctica pedagógica, a través de la preparación científica de los docentes. Para la indagación en las diferentes etapas que anteceden al triunfo revolucionario, ha sido revelador consultar a un conjunto de autores que referencian el tema desde diferentes aristas.

This text brings forward the result of the carried out study about the historical aspects of the management of the methodological scientific work in the polytechnic schools in Cuba, taking into account the necessity of its improvement and development just to get a better scientific preparation of the teachers, for the inquir y of the different levels preceding the Revolutionary triumph, ithas been necessary to consult a group of author who has studied this topic taking into account the different approaches.
