La Supervisión educativa en Amazonas:antecedentes históricos y fundamentos legales

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo consistió en la presentación de los antecedentes históricos de la supervisión educativa en el Estado Amazonas, Venezuela, combinándolos con los fundamentos legales que sustentaron dicho proceso. Los métodos de investigación utilizados fundamentalmente fueron el histórico-lógico, el de análisis-síntesis y la inducción-deducción, los que permitieron la triangulación metodológica para obtener la información. El desarrollo del sistema educativo en Venezuela y específicamente en el Estado Amazonas, planteó nuevos retos a la supervisión, la cual transitó por diferentes etapas, evolucionando en sus propósitos desde la fiscalización y el control, hasta la orientación y asesoría. La supervisión educativa en este Estado fue ejercida por importantes personalidades del país que contribuyeron a su desarrollo y reorganización territorial. La organización actual ofreció posibilidades de atender mejor las particularidades de los diferentes niveles educativos y pueblos indígenas del referido Estado, a través de la supervisión, a lo que contribuyó la preparación que alcanzaron los docentes que ejercieron dicha función en ese Estado.

The objective of the present work consisted in the presentation of historical antecedents of educational advisory in the Amazons State, Venezuela, combining them with the legal foundations that sustained this process. The Research Methods of Education used in the methodological triangulation to obtain information were, mainly, the historical-logical, that of analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction. The development of the educational system in Venezuela and specifically in the Amazons State, outlined new challenges to in advising, which went through different stages, evolving in their purposes, this going from inspection and control, up to orientation and advising. Educational advisory in this State was exercised by important personalities of the country that contributed to its development and territorial reorganization. The current organization offered possibilities to assist the particularities of the different educational levels and indigenous towns in the referred State, through supervision, to which contributed the preparation that educationists reached in performing their duties and responsibilities in that state.
