La Creatividad en el proceso de formación inicial de los profesionales de la educación primaria

Abstract

El artículo se centró en el tratamiento de manera creadora a los contenidos de las asignaturas del plan de estudio de la carrera de Licenciatura en Educación Primaria. Por tanto, su objetivo consistió en lograr la preparación didáctico - metodológica de su claustro de profesores, de manera que se pudiera formar un maestro creativo, que supiera dar solución a los problemas a los que se enfrenta de una manera nueva. Mediante su aplicación, los estudiantes revelaron los nodos contradictorios y se plantearon problemas docentes para su solución, lo que favoreció su formación profesional. Dicho texto se sustentó en la enseñanza problémica, en la que se consideraron sus categorías como los principales eslabones del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, y apoyado en un grupo de técnicas y herramientas que fueron bien concebidas, las que contribuyeron a enseñar creatividad.

The present work focuses on one of the big efforts that are carried out in the University of Pedagogic Sciences: the education of truly prepared and creative professionals. Its main contribution consists of the treatment given to contents within the subjects contained in the curriculum for undergraduates in primary education. It aimed at achieving a correct didactic-methodological preparation of the teaching staff, which enhances the education and training of teachers-to-be in a creative way. As a consequence of the application of the results, the students were able to reveal the contradictory nodes, think about educational problems and give them solution, thus taking an active part in favoring their own professional education. The work is sustained in the problem-solving method, considering its categories as the main links of the teaching-learning process, supported by a well-conceived group of techniques and tools which effectively contributed to the teaching of creatively.
