Características generales y valor social del liderazgo pedagógico en las instituciones educativas

Abstract

Los resultados expuestos en este artículo forman parte de una investigación pedagógica, realizada con el propósito de profundizar en los estudios sobre el liderazgo pedagógico. Como resultado fue posible revelar el conjunto de determinaciones del objeto de investigación, lo cual favoreció el conocimiento de los sustentos teóricos y prácticos fundamentales referidos al liderazgo pedagógico, como base para la profundización teórica acerca de las características generales y el valor social del liderazgo pedagógico en las instituciones educativas. Fue empleado, como método general el dialéctico, a través de los procedimientos lógicos del conocimiento científico: análisis-síntesis e inducción-deducción.

The results exposed in this article are part of a pedagogical research, developed with the objective for further studies on the teacher leadership. As a result was revealed a set of eterminations of the research object, which favored the knowledge of the theoretical and practical foundations referred to such leadership, as basic knowledge for the theoretical deepening of the general characteristics and the social value of the teacher leadership, in educational institutions. The dialectical method was the general one used through the logical procedures of the scientific knowledge: analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction.
