El Espíritu transformador y creador del proyecto educacional del maestro cubano Luz y Caballero X

Abstract

Los resultados expuestos en este artículo dan continuidad al estudio presentado en números anteriores de esta revista sobre el espíritu transformador y creador del proyecto educacional del maestro cubano José de la Luz y Caballero. El objetivo del trabajo es revelar las contribuciones que, a la teoría científica de la educación, la enseñanza de la filosofía y la formación de un pensar filosófico autóctono presenta el gran educador en el Elenco de 1840. El texto refleja el elevado vuelo teórico alcanzado por la filosofía lucista en la interpretación de complejos problemas pedagógicos, sociales, políticos, teológicos, éticos, estéticos, psicológicos, de las ciencias naturales, el método, etc. La investigación exigió la aplicación de los métodos más ajustados a las características del tema, priorizándose el trabajo con las fuentes reunidas, cuyos datos fueron generalizados mediante los procedimientos lógicos del conocimiento científico.

The results exposed in this article follow the study presented in previous issues of this journal on the transforming and creative spirit of the educational project of the Cuban teacher José de la Luz y Caballero. This work aims at revealing the contributions presented by this outstanding educator in the Elenco de 1840 about the education scientific theory, the teaching processof Philosophy, and the formation process of a genuine native philosophical thought. This text evidences the theoretical extent reached by Luz’s philosophy in the interpretation of complex pedagogical, social, political, aesthetical, ethical and psychological issues, as well as the natural sciences, the method, and others. This research demanded the most appropriate methods concerning the topics’characteristics, prioritizing the work with the gathered sources, which data were generalized through the logical procedures of the scientific knowledge.
