La Formación de profesores de Mecanización en Cuba

Abstract

En este artículo se realiza un análisis histórico sobre la formación de profesores de Mecanización en Cuba, determinándose que el mismo transitó por cuatro etapas de forma general: Primera Etapa: Formación Emergente (1974-1977). Segunda Etapa: Planes de Estudio “A” (1977-1982). Tercera Etapa: Planes de Estudio “B” (1982 a 1990). Cuarta Etapa: Planes de Estudio “C” (1990 hasta la implementación del Plan “D”), en las que se revelan las regularidades existentes durante dicha formación, así como el perfeccionamiento constante de los planes de estudio en correspondencia con el desarrollo social alcanzado en esta esfera de actuación. La propuesta realizada acerca de las tendencias históricas presentes en el proceso de formación de este profesional constituye un material de consulta en manos de los docentes y estudiantes de la Educación Técnica y Profesional, y las Universidades de Ciencias Pedagógicas.

In this work, it is carried out a historiical analysis on the formation of professors of Mechanization in Cuba, being determined that the sama one has trafficked for fouur stages in a general way: First Stage: Emergent formation (1974-1977). Second Stage: Plans of Study “A” (1977-1982). Third Stage: Plans of Study “B” (1 982-1990) and Fourth Stage: Plans of Study “C” (1990 until the implementation of the Plan "D"), in which the existent regularities are revealed during this formation, and i eat in the constant improvement of the study plans it has been kept in mind the social development in this sphere. The proposal carried out about the tendencies historical present in the process of this professional's formation constitutes a consultation material in hands of the educational ones and students of the Technical and Professional Education, and the Universities of Pedagogic Sciences.
