Evolución de la formación inicial en la Educación Superior Pedagógica para la Educación Técnica y Profesional

Abstract

La necesidad de abordar la evolución histórica que ha tenido la formación inicial del profesional en la Educación Superior Pedagógica para la Educación Técnica y Profesional en Cuba, motivó la realización del presente artículo que tiene como objetivo caracterizar este proceso a partir de un grupo de criterios, teniendo en cuenta cinco periodos en la etapa comprendida desde el triunfo de la Revolución cubana hasta la actualidad. En el estudio realizado se evidencian regularidades que demuestran la evolución de la formación inicial del profesional en la Educación Superior Pedagógica para la Educación Técnica y Profesional en Cuba hacia etapas superiores.

The need of issues on the historic evolution of the initial formation of professionals in the Pedagogic Higher Education for the Technical and Professional Education in Cuba has had, caused the realization of the present article, aiming at characterizing this process, based on a series of criteria, which take into account five periods in the period which comprises from the triumph of the Cuban Revolution to the present days. In the study carried out by the authors there are regularities and evidence that demonstrate the evolution in the initial formation of the professional in the Pedagogic Higher Education for the Technical and Professional Education in Cuba toward higher stages.
