Eterna presencia de Gabriela Mistral en la literatura infantil

Abstract

La obra de la chilena Lucila Godoy Alcayaga, para muchos solo Gabriela Mistral, regia y controvertida personalidad, invita a los amantes de la auténtica literatura a un acercamiento constante. En su obra son temas recurrentes: el sufrimiento, el dolor, el amor y la naturaleza agreste de su país. A los niños dedicó su profesión pedagógica y parte de su creación literaria, concebida con una honda ternura maternal y sensibilidad exquisita, razones por las que se reconoce su valía dentro del campo de la literatura infantil. En este trabajo se analizan las obras escritas por ella que fueron tenidas en cuenta para la elaboración de los libros de Lectura de la Educación Primaria.

The masterpiece made by the chilean Lucila Godoy Alcayaga, simply known as Gabriela Mistral whose personality is so controversial and fough, invites the authentic lover's literature to a constant close–up. These are topics about the suffering, the pain, the love and the profuse nature of her country. Her pedagogical profession was dedicated to children such as her literary creation, which is conceived with a deep maternal tenderness and exquisite sensibility, an that is why her work is recognized within the children's literature field.In this word are analyzed her written works, which were taken into account for the elaboration of Elementary Teaching Reading books.
