La Interdisciplinariedad : un reto para la formación de una cultura científica básica en el estudiante universitario

Abstract

La universidad cubana se encarga de la formación de un profesional creativo, independiente, preparado para aprender durante toda su vida, a fin de responder a las necesidades del país. Para lograrlo resulta consustancial el quehacer investigativo, direccionado hacia el desarrollo de una cultura científica básica. Estas ideas generan el objetivo de la investigación, proyectado hacia una estrategia para el tratamiento de las habilidades investigativas en la carrera de Educación Lenguas Extranjeras Inglés, para lo cual se tienen en cuenta los núcleos investigativos interdisciplinarios como objetivos integradores de año correspondientes a los problemas de la profesión. Se presentan las fases por donde atraviesa el accionar metodológico del colectivo de año, rectoradas por la Disciplina Principal Integradora. La implementación de diferentes métodos científicos, revelaron la pertinencia, factibilidad y aplicabilidad de la propuesta y permitieron constatar transformaciones favorables en el trabajo metodológico de los docentes y en los resultados investigativos de los estudiantes.

The Cuban university is in trusted with the formation of creative and independent professionals, prepared for lifelong learning to respond to the country necessities. To accomplish this goal, it is of paramount importance to foster the research work, aimed at the development of a basic scientific culture. These ideas generate the objective of the proposal, which is the elaboration of a methodological strategy, devised for the treatment of research skills in the Education English Language Major, taking into account the interdisciplinary nuclei, following the integrative objectives of the different academic years, in accordance with the professional problems. The strategy presents the different phases that the teachers´methodological work should cover, ruled by the Main Integrative Discipline. The implementation of different scientific methods revealed the proposal pertinence, feasibility and applicability as well as the changes exhibited in the professors` methodological work and in the students` investigative results.
