Antecedentes históricos de la labor del tutor

Abstract

En el artículo se expone una breve síntesis de los antecedentes de la labor del tutor, desde su surgimiento en la Grecia antigua. Se presentan, además, algunas tendencias de la tutoría, con énfasis en América Latina, así como consideraciones del autor relacionadas con esta labor, en el contexto actual de las carreras pedagógicas. Los antecedentes de la labor del tutor constituyen una importante pauta para la modelación de los procesos inherentes a la universalización de las carreras pedagógicas, en Cuba.

In the article a brief synthesis of the antecedents of the tutor's work is exposed, from its emergence in the old Greece. They are exposed, also, some tendencies of the tutorship, with emphasis in Latin America and the author's considerations are presented, related with this work, in the current context of the pedagogic careers. The antecedents of the tutor's work constitute an important rule for the modelación from the inherent processes to the universalization of the pedagogic careers, in Cuba.
