Propuesta metodológica para el desarrollo del proceso pedagógico profesional en las empresas por profesionales de la producción y los servicios

Abstract

Se presenta una propuesta metodológica para dirigir el proceso pedagógico profesional en las empresas por técnicos de la producción y los servicios, elevando el desarrollo de las habilidades profesionales en los estudiantes de los Centros Politécnicos de Economía como parte de su formación laboral. El trabajo está estructurado a partir de los presupuestos de las transformaciones de la Educación Técnica y Profesional en Cuba y sobre la base de las mejores experiencias obtenidas en el nivel internacional por otros investigadores y entre sus objetivos está prestar atención a la formación de los estudiantes en su interacción escuela-empresa-escuela.

A methodological proposal is presented to direct the process pedagogic professional in the companies for technicians of the production and the services, elevating the development of the professional abilities in the students of the Polytechnic Schools of Economy like part of its labour formation. The work is structured starting from the budgets of the transformations of the Technical Education and Professional in Cuba and on the base of the best experiences obtained at the international level by other investigators and enter its objectives to pay attention to the formation of the students in its interaction school-company-school is.
