Volver al Quijote en el quince aniversario de la Cátedra Cervantina

Abstract

Este trabajo obedece a la necesaria recordación de la importancia de la obra de Cervantes para las letras universales en el marco de la celebración del quince aniversario de la Cátedra Especializada del Instituto Superior Pedagógico “José de la Luz y Caballero”, de Holguín, que lleva el nombre del importante escritor. En el artículo se destaca la huella dejada por Cervantes y su obra, en particular en intelectuales cubanos que los han estudiado y han establecido sus valores, los que conservan toda su vigencia, cuatrocientos años más allá de la publicación de la primera parte de la más conocida obra cervantina. Se reconoce a Cervantes como escritor supremo de la Época de Oro española y figura cimera de las letras universales.

This work obeys the necessary recall of the importance of the work of Cervantes for the universal letters in the mark of the celebration of the fifteen anniversary of the Specialized Class of the Pedagogic Superior Institute "José of the Luz and Gentleman", of Holguín that takes the important writer's name. In the article he/she stands out the print left by Cervantes and their work, in particular in Cuban intellectuals that have studied them and they have established their values, those that conserve all their validity, four hundred years beyond the publication of the first part of the good known Cervantine work. It is recognized Cervantes like supreme writer of the Spanish Time of Gold and it figures cimera of the universal letters.
