Concepción para la formación inicial del director escolar en jóvenes de la Reserva Especial Pedagógica (REP), a partir del puesto de trabajo

Abstract

El trabajo que se presenta, es el producto del aporte de la tesis de Maestría del autor y de un proyecto territorial en función de perfeccionar el proceso de formación del director escolar en el contexto del sistema educativo cubano, a partir de la Reserva Especial Pedagógica (REP) como segmento específico del trabajo con los directivos educacionales. Esta concepción constituye el soporte teórico y metodológico que se aplica en la provincia de Holguín para el diseño y puesta en práctica de la superación de dicho segmento, y que en sus tres cursos de puesta en práctica ha contribuido a mejorar la dirección de este proceso con su consecuente efecto positivo en el desempeño de la actividad directiva de los jóvenes reservistas.

The work that is presented, is the product of the fundamental contribution of the thesis of the author's, in function of perfecting the process of the school director's formation in the context of the Cuban educational system, starting from the Pedagogic Special Reserve (REP) like specific segment of the work with the educational directive. This conception, constitutes the theoretical and methodological support that is applied in the county Holguín for the design and setting in practice of the superación of this segment, and that in its three setting courses in practice has contributed to improve the address of this process with its consequent positive effect in the acting of the directive activity of the reservist youths.
