Elementos sociológicos para el establecimiento de las relaciones ESCUELA – EMPRESA – COMUNIDAD

Abstract

Teniendo en cuenta las transformaciones que se llevan a cabo en la Educación Técnica y Profesional (ETP), se ha establecido por el MINED la RM 129/04 que establece un nuevo sistema de formación laboral de técnicos medios por familia de especialidades. En el ciclo de formación específica se ha orientado la inserción de los estudiantes del tercer y cuarto año a las empresas recibiendo asignaturas y atendidos por profesionales de la producción y los servicios. Para ello resulta necesario el establecimiento de un sistema de relaciones escuela – empresa – comunidad y a través de este artículo se presenta un conjunto de elementos de naturaleza sociológica que contribuyen a dar respuesta a las exigencias anteriormente planteadas y a lograr la formación del trabajador competente que exige la sociedad cubana actual.

Keeping in mind the transformations that are carried out in the Technical Education and Professional (ETP), the RM has settled down for the MINED 129/04 that it establishes a new system of labor formation of technical means for family of specialties. In the cycle of specific formation it has been guided the insert of the students of the third and quarter year to the companies receiving subjects and assisted by professionals of the production and the services. For it finds necessary the establishment of a system of relationships school -company - community and through this article a group of elements of sociological nature is presented that contribute to give answer to the previously outlined demands and to achieve the competent worker's formation that demands the current Cuban society.
