La Educación postural desde las primeras edades

Abstract

En el artículo aparecen algunas reflexiones teóricas acerca de la preparación que debe poseer el personal docente para fomentar las bases para la formación de hábitos posturales en los niños. Además, se ofrecen sugerencias educativas encaminadas a ampliar la cultura del personal docente de los círculos infantiles que puede ser utilizado para enriquecer los conocimientos sobre educación postural y favorecer este trabajo en los diferentes procesos y actividades en la institución, se incluyen algunos ejercicios posturales preventivos que se pueden implementar durante el desarrollo de los procesos y actividades, en beneficio de la salud de los niños.

In the article, some theoretical reflections appear about the preparation that the educational person should possess to foment the bases for the formation of habits posturales in the children. Also, they offer educational suggestions guided to enlarge the culture of the educational personnel of the infantile circles that can be used to enrich the knowledge on the education postural and to favor this work in the different processes and activities in the institution, some exercises preventive posturales they are included that can be implemented during the development of the processes and activities, in benefit of the health of the children.
